These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the True North website (the “Site”) and to any purchases made from TN GROUP LTD (“True North”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase any products or services from us.

2. Products and Services
We supply:
• Made-to-order saunas
• Custom designed saunas
• Accessories, including sauna hats and pillows
• Delivery and installation services
• Optional support services for relocation of products (e.g., if a customer moves home)
All images, descriptions, and specifications on the Site are illustrative and may vary slightly from final products due to material characteristics, improvements, or availability.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation.
We may refuse an order if:
• The product is unavailable
• There is an error in pricing or description
• We reasonably believe the order is fraudulent or violates our policies
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices on our Site are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment options:
• Full payment upfront
• 30% deposit at the time of order, followed by staged payments (50% upon notification of completion, 20% upon delivery/installation)
• Monthly payment options via approved third-party finance providers (no deposit required)
You are responsible for ensuring all payment details provided are accurate and valid.
5. Deposit Refund Policy (Made-to-Order Products)
For made-to-order saunas:
• The initial 40% deposit is refundable only until production begins
• Once production starts, the deposit becomes non-refundable
• Production timelines will be communicated at the point of order
This aligns with UK consumer law related to bespoke or made-to-order goods.
6. Delivery and Installation
Delivery area: United Kingdom only.
Lead times: Approximately 6–10 weeks, subject to production schedules, supplier lead times, and logistics.
Customer responsibilities:
You must ensure:
• Suitable site preparation, including all necessary groundworks
• Safe and adequate access for delivery vehicles and installation teams
• Appropriate electrical supply and work carried out by qualified professionals
If access is restricted or unsafe, delivery or installation may be delayed, additional charges may apply.
Ownership of goods transfers upon delivery. Risk transfers when you take possession.
7. Returns and Cancellations
7.1 Made-to-Order Products (e.g., saunas)
• Made-to-order products cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons
• You may cancel before production starts, and your deposit will be refunded
• Once production begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable, and the order cannot be cancelled
This complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations regarding bespoke goods.
7.2 Standard Products (accessories & stocked cold plunge tubs)
These items include:
• Sauna hats
• Pillows
• Cold plunge tubs (non-custom)
Your rights:
• You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery
• Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty
• A 10% restocking fee applies to non-faulty returns
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
7.3 Faulty or damaged products
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described:
• You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law
• We will cover return or collection costs for faulty goods
8. Warranty
Our made-to-order saunas include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Warranty exclusions:
• Misuse, negligence, or failure to follow maintenance instructions
• Damage caused by incorrect installation by third parties
• Environmental damage (e.g., flooding, storms, or extreme weather)
• Damage from modification, alteration, or disassembly of the product
• Commercial use unless expressly agreed in writing
Moving the sauna:
The warranty remains valid if the sauna is moved to a new location, provided:
• It has not been modified, stripped down, structurally altered, or taken apart
• The relocation is performed safely and correctly
Improper moving, incorrect reinstallation, or structural alterations will void the warranty.
Accessories and cold plunge tubs may come with their own warranties as specified on product pages.
9. Maintenance Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for routine care, cleaning, and maintenance required to preserve product longevity. Failure to follow maintenance guidelines may void the warranty.
We may provide optional paid support for relocation or inspection.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
• We do not accept liability arising from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow instructions
• Heat and cold therapy products must be used responsibly; customers are solely responsible for ensuring safe usage, including adherence to health and safety guidelines
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site – including imagery, product designs, brand assets, text, graphics, and layout – is owned by TN GROUP LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
12. Website Use
You agree not to:
• Misuse the Site
• Interfere with its security
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
• Upload harmful or malicious content
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected.
13. Personal Data and Privacy
Use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge our processing of your information in accordance with that policy.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on the Site. Continued use of the Site or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
