Every True North outdoor sauna is handcrafted in our workshop in Hartlebury, Worcestershire, using locally sourced and carefully considered materials designed for long-term outdoor use.
We use thermally treated timber for interior and exterior surfaces, durable insulation systems to retain heat efficiently and trusted electric sauna heaters from leading European manufacturers.
Each sauna is made to order by our team, with fully managed delivery and installation.
Our Process

Once your order is confirmed, your sauna is built to order in our workshop before being delivered and installed by our team.
Manufacturing in controlled workshop conditions allows us to maintain consistent quality across structure, insulation and finishing details, while keeping installation efficient and straightforward.
Most installations are completed within a single day, leaving you with a fully installed outdoor sauna ready to use. You can also personalise certain features such as privacy glass, lighting upgrades, audio systems or smart heater controls.
